The Rest You Deserve: Reclaiming Sleep & Slowing Down

This week, we’re focusing on rest. Not just sleep (although that’s important!) but true, intentional rest. The kind that allows your nervous system to exhale.


Ask yourself:

  • How well am I sleeping right now, really?

  • Do I fall into bed exhausted and wired, or do I actually wind down at night?

  • Where could I create even 5–10 minutes of stillness in my day?


On your 1–10 scale, rate your current rest and recovery habits. Then, what would nudging that number even slightly upwards look like this week?


Maybe it’s turning screens off earlier, making a cup of sleepy tea, listening to a meditation or tidying your space before bed so it feels calming.


Winter is the season of rest for a reason. Let yourself soften into it.
