This week is all about food, but not in the “strict rules” kind of way.
We’re talking about nourishment. Fueling your body in ways that feel supportive, realistic and grounding during Winter.
Using that same 1–10 scale we’ve been working with, how would you rate your nutrition habits right now?
Then ask yourself:
What’s one gentle shift I could make this week to feel more energised and clear-headed?
What do I actually need more of? (Hint: it might be warmth, protein, hydration or ease - not more food rules.)
This week is your reminder that nutrition doesn’t need to be perfect, it just needs to be intentional. Let go of the all-or-nothing thinking.
You can nourish your body without overhauling your life.
