If you were to rate your current relationship with movement on a scale from 1–10, where would you sit?
No judgement - just honesty. Now, what would improving that number by even half a point look like this week?
Maybe it’s rolling your mat out for 10 minutes. Adding an extra Pilates class to your week. A walk in the sun. Stretching before bed. Whatever it is, let it be doable. Let it be supportive. Let it feel good.
Small, consistent action is what makes a difference - not perfection. And every time you move your body, you remind yourself that you matter.
