Welcome to Belle Movement Pilates and Personal Training. Please review our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) carefully, as they govern bookings, purchases, and the services provided. These T&Cs are reviewed regularly to ensure fairness and deliver the best possible experience for our clients.

1. Bookings and Cancellations
​
At Belle Movement, we aim to provide a fair and flexible booking system. Currently, we do not charge late cancellation or no-show fees—a unique policy in the Central Coast area. Adherence to this policy ensures that we can continue to operate with this level of flexibility.

1.a) Bookings

Bookings are the responsibility of the client and can be made via:

1.b) Cancellations
-
Cancellations are also the responsibility of the client and are subject to the conditions below:
1.b.i) Cancellation Windows
-
Early Cancellation:
-
Must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or appointment.

Credits for early cancellations will be returned to your account for future use.

Late Cancellation:
-
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the class or appointment is considered late.

Late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the class credit without additional fees.

Extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Requests to switch to another class on the same day may be accommodated by the Momence app, or via phone call during office hours.

1.b.ii) How to Cancel

Via the Belle Movement App or Momence platform.

By phone during office hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

Cancellations via social media (Facebook or Instagram) are not accepted under any circumstances.
2. Memberships
Belle Movement offers flexible membership options to suit different client needs.
Weekly Memberships

3 Classes per Week: $63/week.

Valid for 6 months (28 weeks) with a 10-week lock-in period.

Unused credits roll and are available for 1 month.

Includes discounted access to workshops and programs.

2 Classes per Week: $49/week.

Valid for 6 months (28 weeks) with a 10-week lock-in period.

Unused credits roll and are available for 1 month.

Includes discounted access to workshops and programs.

Unlimited Membership: Unlimited classes: $79 per week.

Valid for 6 months (28 weeks) with a 10-week lock-in period.

Class credits are not available for transfer under any circumstances.

Late cancellations and no shows do not incur any additional fee; however, your unlimited membership will be revoked after two late cancellations or two no-shows to booked classes. You will via email and text message.

Membership Payments
-
Payments are processed via Momence, and credit card details are securely stored.
-
Failed payments will be reattempted 1 day after the failed attempt. The system will attempt payment 3 times. Memberships are automatically cancelled if the third attempt fails.
Membership Duration and Freezes
-
Minimum lock-in periods vary by membership type.
-
Memberships can be frozen for at least two weeks with a two-week notice, up to 6 times per 28-week period.

Memberships may be cancelled after the lock-in period, with two weeks notice.
3. Class Packs and Casual Passes
Intro Offer
-
3 Classes for $49 (one-time offer).
-
Valid for 40 days from purchase.
Casual Passes
-
1 Class: $30. Valid for 1 month from purchase.
Class Packs
-
10 Class Pack: $271 (valid for 6 months).
-
5 Class Pack: $136 (valid for 4 months).
-
Queenagers Pack: $199 (restricted to Queenagers classes).
All passes are non-refundable unless under extenuating circumstances.
4. Private and Semi-Private Sessions

Private sessions must be booked via enquiry (email or phone during office hours).

Sessions may occur alongside other activities in the studio. While efforts will be made to ensure privacy, exclusive use of the studio cannot be guaranteed.

All private sessions must be paid in advance. Cancellation policies outlined above apply.
5. Special Events, Programs, and Courses

Fees and durations vary. Class packs associated with programs are valid only for the specified event/course.

If withdrawing after Week 1, payments may be converted to group class credit (pro-rata). No changes can be made after Week 1.
6. Creche Services
-
Available Monday to Friday at Umina location.
-
Creche is a free service.
-
Clients must book in advance to ensure proper child-to-staff ratios.
-
Children showing signs of illness must not attend creche.
-
Snacks are permitted, but high-allergen foods, including peanuts, are prohibited.

a. Bookings
-
All children must have a confirmed booking before attending crèche, as places are limited.
-
Bookings are made via the Belle Movement App.
-
Please cancel promptly if you are unable to attend, so we can offer the spot to another family.

​​b. Food and Drink
-
All food must be contained within a clearly labelled lunchbox with your child's full name.
-
Strictly no nuts or nut products of any kind are permitted onsite, due to severe allergies among staff.
-
Please ensure your child has a labelled water bottle.

c. Personal Belongings
-
Only essential comfort items (e.g., dummy, special toy, security blanket) may be brought into the crèche area.
-
All other items, including bags, should be stored in the designated storage areas at the front or rear studio spaces.
-
If your pram is not required, it must not be left in the crèche. Please speak to a staff member to find a suitable parking spot.

d. Illness and Health

If your child is unwell or displaying any signs of illness (including fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhoea, rash, or contagious conditions), they must not attend crèche.
-
If a child becomes unwell while in the crèche, parents will be contacted immediately and asked to collect their child promptly.

Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to crèche after an illness.
-
This policy helps us protect the health and safety of all children, families, and staff.

e. Supervision and Contact

Parents must remain onsite at Belle Movement while their child is in the crèche.
-
Children are not permitted to be on the studio floor during classes. This is for the safety of your child and the other clients.
-
If your child becomes distressed or unsettled beyond what is manageable by our staff, we will come to you in class immediately.
​​f. Safety and Behaviour

Our crèche educators are responsible for maintaining a positive, safe environment for all children.

Children must respect crèche property, other children, and staff at all times.

If a child’s behaviour places themselves or others at risk, parents may be contacted to collect their child early
