Hi lovely,
You’ve made it this far, and I know it hasn’t always felt easy. Half way through anything, the novelty can wear off and the finish line might still feel a little too far away to get excited. That’s totally normal.
This week is about recognising that motivation is a feeling and feelings ebb and flow. You won’t always feel like showing up and that doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you're human.
What matters is discipline - not in a rigid, harsh way, but as a form of self-respect. Discipline is following through with the habits that support your wellbeing even when motivation has left the chat.
This week, take a moment to reconnect to your why:
Why did you start this program?
How do you want to feel?
What has kept you going this long?
What will future-you thank you for continuing?
Discipline kicks in when you anchor into your purpose. Every small action you take, even when it’s hard, is a quiet message to yourself that you matter. Hear more from Ami > Podcast episode: Motivation vs. Discipline
