Belle Movement Crèche – Terms and Conditions
To ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all children, parents, and staff, we kindly ask that you carefully read and adhere to the following crèche terms and conditions:
1. Bookings
-
All children must have a confirmed booking before attending crèche, as places are limited.
-
Bookings are made via the Belle Movement App.
-
Please cancel promptly if you are unable to attend, so we can offer the spot to another family.

2. Food and Drink
-
All food must be contained within a clearly labelled lunchbox with your child's full name.
-
Strictly no nuts or nut products of any kind are permitted onsite, due to severe allergies among staff.
-
Please ensure your child has a labelled water bottle.

3. Personal Belongings
-
Only essential comfort items (e.g., dummy, special toy, security blanket) may be brought into the crèche area.
-
All other items, including bags, should be stored in the designated storage areas at the front or rear studio spaces.
-
If your pram is not required, it must not be left in the crèche. Please speak to a staff member to find a suitable parking spot.

4. Illness and Health
-
If your child is unwell or displaying any signs of illness (including fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhoea, rash, or contagious conditions), they must not attend crèche.
-
If a child becomes unwell while in the crèche, parents will be contacted immediately and asked to collect their child promptly.
-
Children must be symptom-free for at least 24 hours before returning to crèche after an illness.
-
This policy helps us protect the health and safety of all children, families, and staff.

5. Supervision and Contact
-
Parents must remain onsite at Belle Movement while their child is in the crèche.
-
If your child becomes distressed or unsettled beyond what is manageable by our staff, we will come to you in class immediately.

6. Safety and Behaviour
-
Our crèche educators are responsible for maintaining a positive, safe environment for all children.
-
Children must respect crèche property, other children, and staff at all times.
-
If a child’s behaviour places themselves or others at risk, parents may be contacted to collect their child early.

By booking a crèche session at Belle Movement, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that they are in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all.
Thank you for helping us create a safe, supportive space for our Belle families.
