Mat pilates with "power and strength" elements and the flowy goodness we love.
We use mall props such as balls, bands, bosu's, boxes and dumbells. All body weight, pumping tunes, higher intensity workout.

Specifically designed for the over 65's. Balance, strength, and mobility. Slightly slower pace. Small groups. Super social! Is often followed by a quick trip to the cafe!

Belle Babies
Belle Babies
Belle Babie s is a six week post-partum return to exercise made simple, safe and easy program. All of our instructors have had specific post partum training and work in conjunction with qualified Women's Health physio's to meet you where you are at post-baby.
Bubs can stay in the room with you and we will have our nannies in the room to help keep them settled and calm whilst you complete your class.
45 minutes. Not part of our regular timetable.

Designed to meet the needs of the clients booked in the class, Open Level Reformer increases access to more classes designed to suit your current ability.
Beginners and pregnant clients with no pre-existing conditions can attend this class and are encouraged to book. These classes will come with a lot of layers and options designed to suit a wide range of needs.

Creche
Belle Creche service is availble in our Ettalong Studio. The space is a purpose built to keep your little ones busy under the supervision of our wonderful and talented nannies!
The space is right next to the exercise space so some of our more nervous little ones can keep an eye on their parents if they need to.
Creche can accommodate children from 6 weeks old - 6 years old. School aged children are more than welcome during school holiday time.
